@LEMONDROP, it could be because that's the only space for a dining table in the apartment, judging from the floorplan.

I'm not a fan of pink. Well, actually, I'm pretty anti-pink, but it adds a softness to this apartment. Very nice, and very jealous of the exposed brick!

Love it in theory but its unthinkable for a Brooklynite. As it is my apartment is barely bigger than that closet!

In my dream home, I would love to turn a closet into a reading nook or an entryway like that. But I'm going to have to keep dreaming for a while, or move to the suburbs (gasp!).

Some nice details here. I was surprised too, but then I thought this is what a real apartment looks like, that hasn't been styled for a professional shoot. No apartment is totally dreamy 100% of the time, right?

That dog is very similar to Jeff Koon's Balloon Dog sculptures. He may not like that, given that he's suing anyone who makes objects that look like balloon dogs:

I love it! Its such a juicy colour. I like a nice white wall like anyone else but sometimes you just have to live a little and unleash your inner orange.

That said, I don't necessarily feel it necessary to abide by the colors of a season/year, even if it is dictated by Pantone (if you're in a business that's another matter).
