I too would love to know where you purchased that chandelier - its gorgeous.

Any recs for good quilting classes in LA? I've taken different courses over the years at JoAnn's, but was never impressed with the teaching staff. It seems that knowing how to do something and knowing how to show someone else are vastly different skills.

I love them. I planted a number of plants last summer and the sole geranium I planted is the only plant that lived. It's huge now. It just makes me happy. I think both the leaves and the flowers are beautiful. I have attempted gardening again this year and among some hardy roses, I also planted around 10 or so geraniums in hot pink, light pink, red, and a purplish shade. I never thought of them as "old lady." I don't particularly like their scent, but its not overpowering at least.

I did some searching and found the Maxwell for 3,100 - it's called Maverick by Richter Designs. Same couch. Looks like they used to design for RH. Might be able to find a better price too. Beautiful couch!

Although not quite $1500 less, the Restoration Hardware Maxwell sofa is on sale for $3700 and you can get a discount if you have AAA. Shipping looks to be the safe for both the Kent and the RH at around $350. Also, if you have a RH Outlet near you, they may get in sofas. The one by me does get them in quite often. I purchased my table and a set of chairs there for a great price. I received an additional discount b/c I had AAA at the time. Also, they will work with you and lower the price . . . you just have to ask.

I'd leave it as it. However, I can't tell if that's a large tear on the ottoman or a shadow. If it's a tear, I would fix that. I love the texture and age of the chair. Restoration Hardware sells similar chairs that look aged, but are over $2K.

I do love what was done here on a budget.
