i like the new look but (and I know this is really weird) is there any way you could make the blog posts slightly smaller? For example, on the front page there is a post but it is so huge that it makes the new look seem overwhelming. I feel like everything got bigger but the window size stayed the same and it makes me feel like I'm so behind on posts that I'll never catch up. Is there any way to make it smaller?

I found the COOLEST hand-painted skeleton tile mirror at an antiques store in Galveston, TX. I wish I could add an image, it's so appropriate.

i love your couch..... but whyyyy did you paint the wood trim on the window? I am scandalizeddddd. That wood trim is gorgeous! The white is uber-generic. You couldn't have just as easily stained the shelving unit? It's great, don't get me wrong, way more genius than I have the ability to muster, but that white trim actually causes me physical pain.
