I recently ordered from Mixbook, and while it was okay for the use I needed, (a small book for my grandmother, who couldn't care less about "photo quality"), I wouldn't recommend it. I have also used them for greeting cards though and those were excellent. Capturing Your Baby's First Year...in Print |

Well said. I work with many different religions, ethnicities, etc. and I view the holiday gift exchanging among direct co-workers not as a "I'm celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ and here's a gift for it" but as a thank you for a year's worth of work. I always give edible, homemade gifts: brownies, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc. I will either print the recipe or provide a link to where I got it so everyone can see the ingredients. If they can't eat it, they are welcome to re-gift it or leave it out in a breakroom (we have several) for someone else to enjoy. Holiday Gift Ideas for Large Group at Work? Good Questions |

I wrap gifts like this. I use Kraft paper and green/red/white yarn, writing recipient names directly onto the paper with a Sharpie. My tree is definitely not minimalist, and the brown paper packages look amazing underneath. (If I do say so myself!) Brown Paper Gift Wrapping |
