I live in a townhouse and the entrance is on the second floor.

Our neighbor, two doors down had left her window open next to the entrance and her two-year old fell out.

I wasn't home to witness it but apparently he pushed through the screen and fell on top of the car in the driveway.

They had to MedEvac him to the Children's Hospital. Luckily he didn't sustain any serious injuries, but I'll certainly be keeping an eye out on my little on once she starts walking.
