So, it's a great change, and great color choice.

My only complaint: The before pic has no natural light and window covered up. That alone will make a difference in room vibrance.

Add some color to the windows! Bring in red curtains. Also you could bring in some planted trees to draw the eye up elsewhere besides the TV.

@tinystudio - if you go to his site (http://estatepg.com/our-properties/rockwell-commons) looks like the small version is $800. Not bad for such nice updates!

Also, looks like the bedroom AC is behind the bed? Only a problem a few months a year, and I guess you can just pull the bed off the wall.

Trust me, it's worth $250 credit card debt. Used mattresses are lumpy, possibly sweaty, and could have bed bugs. Even renting a rug doctor and getting the mattress to your apartment is more of a painful experience than a mattress on sale w/ free delivery.

I bought all furniture on craigslist when I first started up. Just not a mattress!
