I live in a senior complex and the best advice I got was to say hello and keep walking. I'm a friendly person but don't want friends. My neighbors know I'm here when they need me. That's the way I like it. I will ask if they need anything from the store, water their plants, bandage their scrapes. Some seniors are so lonely because they have no family.

I recently had to put my cat Kelly down; she was 18 years old. I had her cremated so I have her ashes in a little wooden box with a brass plate on top with her name engraved on it. I rescued Kelly along with another kitten I named Coco. Coco passed away at age 14 and I have her ashes too. I have pictures of Kelly and Coco along with family pictures because they were family. I miss them so much.

I collect vintage pottery and don't have two alike. I sometimes plant something in it and give away as a gift. My latest is a hanging planter with a beautiful orange piece of pottery;looks great

I've purchased different beds for my cat but she prefers a pillow-MINE! I gave up long ago.

It's a reproduction dry sink. I used to have one.
