I think they are such a waste. I think they are one thing that we could definitely go without. I wish more people were "green" thinkers. I love to reuse things, particularly furniture. I get free stuff all the time because people assume it is trash when all it really needs is new upholstery . I love knowing that these pieces do not end up in a landfill. I think they are definitely wasteful. I am a fairly eco-minded person and I do not like waste. I am always pushing my friends and family to reuse things more often. My favorite reused item is furniture. I love to fix it up and get new upholstery for it. They look like brand new pieces of furniture, it saves me a ton of money, and it prevents it from filling up the landfill. Phone Books: Useful or Wasteful? |
