My husband and I did a 4 day trip from Fethiye to Olympos this past July. Our gulet had 6 cabins and we chartered a cabin for ourselves. Although, we had to share gulet with strangers, we found it to be an extremely rewarding experience. We paid about 250 Euros per person for the whole trip! (cheaper than staying at a hotel). The staff prepared breakfast, lunch, dinner and the captain was the best cook ever! On the lease, you can typically find the most important points or changes in the "rider" which should be the last page of the lease. Everything else is pretty much standard. In NYC, occupied apartments are shown all the time for rent and for sale. No landlord wants to lose any month's rent and no owner wants to move unless he/she has to. Although, it's up to the discretion of the broker/owner to decide when is a good time to show. Clearly when someone is in the process of moving out is not a good time.
