I also had problems with this recipe. The dough was not substantial enough to roll. I tried to cook a batch of the very tacky dough it was okay but too difficult to work with. I then added flour to improve consistency. Blah. I am now moving on to another recipe. Luckily we are having a low key dinner and home made cones or the lack thereof will not ruin my plans.
