It would be a nice idea for college students or group house dwellers...but, inmates?! I'm sorry, but I would not want an INMATES cell to look better than my college dorm or be larger than my first apartment's bedroom. Good behavior or not, you're in jail to pay for what you did and to learn how to not go back to what should be lousy conditions. I'm currently living in my dream apartment... 1,000 sq ft updated (only one tenant lived here before me, they did a great job at keeping the place up) one bedroom apt with beautiful hardwood floors, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, huge balcony, back yard, always filled with light, pet rent free...
