The weather hasn't been that bad as of late, so get outside and go for a long walk or a run. Once I get myself off the sofa and out for a run, I feel super after. Then, when you have those holiday treats, you won't pack on the pounds!

Beautiful home. I lioved in Madison for several years, and it's a great city. Book cases filled with books always makes a room cozy!

Love the dark colors. Creates a rich, warm feel. Gold air vent is brilliant. Great attention to detail. Inspiring.

Give it a super scrub down. Bleach pens! Paint the walls a crisp, clean white. Keep your accessories to a minimum. Add colors that work with the floor tile. Choose a pop color, like teal, to create some energy and excitement. Paint the cabinet a nice neutral tone a few shades lighter then the floor tiles. I say work with what you have, and make it your own!

SAD impacts many people, and these bulbs are a great way for people to boost their moods in the winter months. I would for sure give them a try!

This is pretty darn cool. The possibilities are endless. Great for a kid's room, TV room, bathroom, or any room! I see a new trend developing.

Doing the simple things daily = tasks. Putting things off = projects. I like to keep things neat, clean and organized daily, and save the hard core, deep cleaning projects for when company is coming!
