To me, city life is more about convenience. Sure, it's great to have more options in terms of restaurants and activities, but I live in the city because it's easier to get places, I can walk to work, it's easier to meet up with people, etc. It's less about options and more about access... I have the same issue with my cast-iron pan. I heard so many good things about them before getting one, but it's been pretty frustrating to use. And frankly, it just doesn't feel sanitary to not use soap to clean it (although I don't). What am I doing wrong??? How Do I Keep My Cast Iron Skillet Seasoned? Good Questions |
