I ditched my cable a few months ago and pick up Hulu+ and Netflix. I've never been happier. I spend less time watching tv and I rarely actually turn on my tv. In my first apartment I loved the floor plan. Inside I was a great apartment, but outside it was not. It was a very old building, the gate never worked, and I had to go through a hallway to get to my unit which I never felt comfortable about. I say don't do it. Unless the owner has plans or is in the process to fix it and the neighborhood is safe. Stay way. Nice Apartment, Nasty Building: Is it Worth It? |
