I think people say, "educational inbreeding" because they realize they aren't brave enough to educate their child. They'd rather the failing system school their child so that they can have their 8 hours a day to themselves. Whether it's to add more $$$ to support their wants or whatever. It's one thing to disagree, but to downright criticize and judge screams with insecurity. I think any kid (and adult) would rather look at this wall and be educated than to sit in a classroom, with the children of insecure parents and look at whatever they have on their walls.
