FiberFloor is not tiles. It's like what's commonly referred to as linoleum (really 'vinyl flooring') and it comes in rolls. Where it differs is that is has a thick (like 1/8") backing and unrolls flat. In larger spaces it *should* be glued down, but in the small rooms we were doing, just measuring well, cutting to size and dropping in will work also. I am never using vinyl flooring again!

Hi. This is Brownie's BF. I just wanted to answer the question about the flooring: Brownie and I had laminate flooring shipped up by boat this summer and we laid all of that down. We had to rip up this miserable old lino (and its subflooring) in order to do it. The stuff we had was Kaindl - not sure about the name of the color.

We also laid Fibrefloor over the same disgusting lino in the mud room and in the upstairs bathroom. The best part about that stuff is you don't need to glue it (at least for small rooms) and quarter round hides small mistakes at the edges.
