You can get almond milk delivered from Amazon - set up a subscription. That is what I do with heavy and frequently used items. I have been car-free always and in DC for 13 years.

My house is always 80 degrees as it is an upper floor apartment in a radiator building. Being in DC means I can't cool it much below that in summer either. I don't mind it but there is little call for blankets.

Old fashioned metal shower curtain rings for the old (1920s) shower rod. The kind with ball bearings.

Also wooden blinds that were probably custom made for the windows.

I only have a cord drawer for electronics (chargers and adapters) because if I threw away every one I no longer use, I would just repurchase it when I got a new device. Also I have mini-drawers in a cabinet for junk that would clutter my purse like discount cards, coupons, lip balms etc.

I go through this thought process as well but I don't think of it as a routine but when I notice that I'm procrastinating on something, I try to figure out why. What part of it don't I like? What part can I automate? What is taking longer than I time I set aside for it? A very useful life organization technique.
