Even if I won't live in there, there are people who can't afford living in a nice apartment. Never the less, taking advantage of unused space in this way is brilliant!! and designers can come up with this kind of ideas as a pro bono projects to improve the society standard of living and to eliminate wasted space.

I like how they used the space, especialy the one with the bed above the kitchen. these studios look modern, efficient and warm.
Nowadays, you should consider yourself lucky if you find a studio or a one bedroom apartment in a nice area that you can afford. In cities like New York, in some areas you don't have the choice except to live in a 250 square feet studio!! but it's our job, as interior designers, to make it feel roomy, comfortable and efficient.
