One useful idea I got from another blog was to take your kids photos when you are going out so that if (hopefully never) get lost you can just show the picture to the police so that you won't have to remember what he/she was wearing that day. 10 Snapshots You Should Keep in Your Phone's Photo Album |

This post first made me smile because of the fact that the pictures from my own city. The second emotion was warmth that filled my heart, the familiar feeling of the excite behind each and every try, each and every taste. Then I felt glad and proud because this site is one of my secret joys that I occasionally share with my friends. I'm still learning to cook and I believe that one day I will be as good as my mother while she is an amazing cook. I was lucky for having such an amazing mother and an equally amazing father who also loves cooking. We all have different ways of thinking and different ideas about food so our table is mostly a mixture of these. A kitchen where you can share the ideas and food :) What it Means to Learn to Cook: A Peek into the Istanbul Culinary Institute |

Kebab as Iranian?? Must be a huge joke going on in CNN! It's from Turkey and everyone knows it (and it's not the best food in Turkey at all!) What about Parmegano cheese or Bree from France? Why there are no Russian dishes as someone said above? This is a list of fried and dipped into oil type of food! Popcorns make the list, ketchup make the list and not Balsamic vinegar of Modena? Or at least tell me why it's so American! The Best Tasting Food In The World According To CNN |

Loved the idea and tried it already :) for those sweet tooths, a little bit of sugar can be added to it. Also if you like the taste of green tea, add some more green tea and keep it for 8 min. because the taste is mainly ginger and lemon. And loved the pomegranate syrup while it comes from my country, Turkey :) If you can not find it in stores just take of the seeds of two large pomegranates and crash them. Cook the juice till it starts holding around a wooden spoon and let it cool. For taking the seeds out, cut it into two and hit the top while holding on a bowl with something hard like a back of a scissor. They will just fall :) Iced Green Tea Elixir with Ginger & Lemon Restaurant Recipe from Olive + Gourmando in Montreal |

Glad to hear that you loved your experiences in Turkey. And few notes: Since you were at a cruise holiday you should know that these type of hotels are all over Turkey ( Some made from caves, some in antic cities and some are in world heritage areas). The tower might cause a problem if the architectural structure is only consist of 2 floor houses. But Mr. Nisanyan is right about the rest ;)And if one day you want a gourmet trip to here, try the south eastern region which has the most amazing food in the world ( Sadly noone knows about Turkish cuisine and since I traveled around the world I can clearly tell you that it's unique). Have a great day and love from Turkey. Nişanyan House Hotel: Our Best Hotel Stay in Turkey Hotel Tour |
