I also take pictures of books I want to read. One thing I do is take a screen shot on my phone of ingredient lists, coupons (they can scan the bar code from the picture), or whatever I'm looking for (a dress on pinterest, etc) for easy access while shopping. I made these last night and they are really really amazing. Because I didn't have an 8x8 pan (and because I was using this as a birthday cake) I used a round glass casserole dish. They took a lot longer to bake (like an hour) but turned out wonderfully- we cut them into thin slices like a cake. Wouldn't make regularly because they ended up being pretty expensive with mascarpone + nice chocolate etc, but great for a special occasion. Recipe Review: One Bowl Mascarpone Brownies |
