Best value with large space I found is the Lift & Stor storage bed. They sell a DIY kit as well.

We make the best lift storage bed out there. With a 15" base you can fit larger items in the space- golf clubs, suitcases, storage bins, etc. Also you can get a DIY kit and make the base as high as you'd like. You can purchase directly in Metro Phoenix and Seattle markets or anywhere else via internet. We have manufactured this bed for over 20 years. Check it out!
