I'm going to second the endorsement of CitiQuiet, www.citiquiet.com. My home is as quiet as can be after they came by and installed an interior soundproof window. CitiQuiet winds hands-down in my book. I just got better vibes from the people and felt they really know what they were talking about. They were definitely worth it for me. I got an interior window from CitiQuiet installed a few months ago and I'm really, really happy with them.
