Take a french baguette or ciabatta bread: add aioli (mayo with diced garlic in it) on both sides, lay a bed of thinly slides onions followed by basil leaves, then add slices of tomatoes, sprinkle salt and pepper then top with mozzarella cheese and more garlic. Grill till cheese is melted!
