I use lemons as a safe and natural way to clean the inside of my microwave.

Just put some rinds (orange rinds work too!) in a bowl of water and nuke it for about 10 mins until it's almost boiling. The steam will stick to the sides and top of the microwave and you can easily wipe away the food stains with a papertowel!
