i would definitely rip down that mini wall! whats behind the empty wall? if its nothing or maybe just a closet i would knock down that wall to help expand and then ur kitchen would have a more open space plan. if knocking down the wall is not an option, for more storage i would probably do a peg wall to store ur pots and pans. i hope you post more pics as you decide what to do!
