What a pretty and fresh looking room you have created for your little girl! The black and white rug works so well and makes it all come together. Lovely and inviting... I also very much like the blue colour on the walls and the three framed photos. Will be saving this one for inspiration!

What a lovely room and very child friendly. It looks like it would appeal to a child rather than mainly to the parents and although it all come together very nicely, it doesn't feel 'overly designed'. I hope Junie will have lots of good times in her room

What a lovely and feminine room! I would have loved this room when I was a girl and much enjoyed this post, even more so as I have started gathering pretty vintage items for my baby daughter's future room. I also love how the modern rug brightens up the place and makes it look contemporary too. I am just wondering, what about ugly plastic toys, Barbies, my little ponies and the like that most children like and want at a point. Are they hidden away, kept in the playroom or do they just not feature in your house?
