I had serious sleep apnea but could not adjust to the Cpap, so was "non-compliant". At my request, my dr. prescribed a mouth appliance my dentist took molds for and ordered. It was expensive - $2500, but it is covered, depending on your plan (it's one of the latest models). This mouth appliance has changed my life, and now I don't want to take a nap after breakfast!

I have purchased quite a bit at RH and like everyone else, am appalled at their customer service but continue to buy from them because I really like some of their merchandise. For instance, the Perennials outdoor pillows now on sale are truly beautiful.

Btw, watch out for their drapery rods. They are great at the price but if you want to open and close the drapes on a daily basis, as we must because of neighbors who overlook us, there is a serious design flaw on the double rod; you can't get the drapes to get over the "bumps". You have no idea what an ordeal it was to deal with them on this issue, to keep trying different-sized rings and rods, packing everything up and returning it. Nothing worked out, because it is a design flaw, they did give me a credit of $300. but it was hardly worth the time and aggravation. And of course I had to end up going the custom route with another company.
