horrible waste of paper. they should have printed something smaller prompting people to go to the ipad version or website. @cathycat, I feel your pain about the recliner. My husband complained about wanting a recliner for years and finally I found one that I thought wasn't too awful looking (no handle, no puffy arms) at crate and barrel... anyway, fast forward about a year and now he is complaining about the c&b recliner, claiming it isn't comfortable and that he wants a big puffy recliner. Maybe this sounds petty but I just CANNOT have a big puffy monstrosity in our living room. Surely there has to be a compromise out there? Anyone? Anyone? learn from my mistake: don't store your knives in that area above the stove. I did that on a magnetic strip, just like you have in the picture, and now the handles of my expensive knives are cracking and falling apart. major bummer. Based on a house tour I saw on AT, I painted my bedroom Sherwin Williams' mega greige. It's a warm grey that reminds me of felt or cashmere on the wall. Works well with browns or greys. Regarding Pottery Barn and PBK, when I call and ask for more details about the materials used, often they'll say the frame is solid wood but the drawer fronts are MDF... I'm just so tired of spending money on this stuff. I live in Austin, Tx and love vintage so will keep a look out for older pieces. Another vote for the Zuni method!! For those who don't have the book, here's the super abridged version: sprinkle bird with salt and pepper, inside and out. roast at a super high 450 or so. Be ready for smoke alarm to go off. After about 30 minutes you should have lovely golden skin. Reduce heat to 375 and cook until done. Well, that might not be exactly how Zuni does it, but that's my basic Sunday dinner method. YUM!
