loved the way the g's looked but man oh man, they leaked big time. i ended up throwing all my chips into the bum genius all in ones. they are pricey, but so worth it IMO. not sure that a reusable insert is really going to be of any help here. hello! have a feel. the firmer, fuller breast is likely the one that needs the emptying, no? have we forgotten how to be in tune with our own bodies that we would actually need a product like this? i don't recall being so sleep deprived that my brain stopped functioning, either. and i am currently nursing an 8 week old. in a day of $4 a gallon gas, i can't imagine laying out $7 for something as silly as this. call me crazy!
