The toadstool took my husband 3 months to make! Definitely a labour of love. The wooden bases were offcuts from our old pergola. He stripped the white paint off them then stained them brown. The tops he made by cutting round shapes out of mdf board, covering them with foam in the shape of a dome and then we used red outdoor fabric stapled on. I then cut out white fabric for the circles. Took a long time but we love them. They now live in my daughter's bedroom during these wet month.
