You can make chai or cardamom tea. I'd imagine that cardamom tea would be a great base for ice tea, with cardamom having kind of a cooling taste. Also look up thandai. Pitcher Drinks for an Indian-Themed Party? Good Questions |

I make one with home-made tomato-chilli jam (it's more like chutney in consistency) and bacon. It's an amazing match. I also like to make a ciabatta based sandwich with hummus for spread topped with sun-dried tomato and grilled courgette and red pepper. Easy Gourmet: 9 Classed-Up Sandwiches for Dinner |

I like everything citrus in the heat. Some of my favorites include limonada, lime granita and super lemon ice cream (last two from David Lebovitz). I drink a lot of exotic fruit juices too. Lychee juice is SO refreshing. Now is also the time to get mangos from Pakistan/India/Thailand. They're so fresh and creamy. Thank you, jenawithonen. I love almonds. I'd imagine the walnut oil is somewhat bitter? I'm particularly curious about the pistachio oil. Souvenir From Austria: Pumpkin Seed Oil |
