THANK you for asking this question! I am allergic to Mustard as well as Canola in all forms, which makes sense because both belong to the rapeseed family. Now I have suggestions for substitutes! My allergies appeared very shortly after Monsanto started genetically modifying these plants. And there's actually a website now dedicated to helping people with Canola allergies. Don't mess with our foods!
