I have it! After searching for an affordable Bo Concept sleeper ottoman for guests in our TINY apt - we bought this exact one online (free shipping).

I love that it has wheels, it's very easy to use and push out of the way.

It works. EVERY sofa-bed we sat on was uncomfortable so we gave up and got this and saved money. I have adults sleep on it all the time, and a had a 6'4 man sleep on it.

It's quite thin on the padding side - if you have a pillow top or some sort of foam you could add to it I think it would be great. I've never slept on it but I've had no complaints. I asked if they slept well on it and they all said yes - but I can't tell if they are just being polite. :/

The cover is kinda ugly and not my style and I wish it came in different colors - my cat is white and fur is covering it - ewww.
BUT that ugly cover saves the bed from all the cat hair perfectly, so when guest use it, it stays nice :)

I say if you have a small space and a real BUDGET - get it.

(I wouldn't sit on it *folded up* though - it's not a chair)

As a young couple, I know my husband and I would really joy some board games.

We don't have any of our own, and it's cheap to buy! Just something fun for entertaining, and you could break it open at the house warming. a great bottle of booze doesn't hurt, either.

Also, we could use extra cutting boards and bottle openers. we always seem to lose/ruin them, so those are good ideas too.
