I also really love this apartment. Excellent use of space. As a family of four we are now facing a dilemna about what to do next. Our kids are a little older than yours 5 and 2, and as you will no doubt discover they just keep on acquiring stuff not matter how much you give away! I sometimes make a batch of homemade turkey burgers and wrap in twos so they can put them in their freezer. When they want to eat the only need grill as many as they want to eat for 15 mins from defrosted or baked for 20mins from frozen. We have always discovered that its either a good sofa OR a good bed! You can't have both (Believe me we've tried plenty) We finally decided to go for a Beddinge from IKEA. It is not such a great sofa but sleeps two perfectly.
