That salvaged wood is stunning! Did your architects design the yard or was it a landscaping firm? That fence is perfection. Sam & Anne's Cozy Modern Blend House Tour |

My favorite breakfast is made from scratch miso soup with sea vegetables, tofu, egg, mushroom, potato, etc. Not necessarily a quick meal, but a solid and savory way to start the day. I pair a bowl of this soup with grains, but even without rice (or quinoa, or millet, etc), it is very filling. What Are Some Good Breakfasts Without Grains or Eggs? Good Questions |

I soak the berries in a small bowl with a few drops of grapefruit seed extract and let them sit on the counter for a while. After rinsing and draining them on a cooling rack to dry, I put them into any storage container. This method keeps my raspberries (which seem to be the most delicate) for a good week and they don't get partially cooked as in the NPR method. It seems like a lot of steps but those berries are pricey! Smart Tip: Keep Berries Fresh Longer With This Washing Method |

What a beautiful space! Were the plants started from seeds or were they transplanted? It's amazing how well natives take care of themselves. Benjamin's Native Garden My Great Outdoors |

I always wondered how some Asians could drink and not turn red and now I know! I am among those who do get red, although it has gotten better over the years. I find I have to moderate how much I drink, take it very slow and sip a lot of water in between. My blotches are all over, but usually worst on my upper body - never on my legs. Luckily wine is not so bad - tequila the worst. Asian Flush: Why I Turn Red When I Drink Alcohol |
