You want running water, an aircon , and an in ground pool well it is now a lodge that happens to use tents. Further the price quoted is actually fairly average ie 8k for 9 days. Now if by luxury you mean excess yes there are outfits who will explain the sheets have x amount of thread count, how the bottled water is from the Alps and they only serve Ethiopian coffee, blah, blah,blah. They start at twice this price and the interiors run to the fantastical. You still don't get aircon or running water though. The general thought I have is that if you expect to live like your at the Hotel Suisse in the bush you should probably not be in the bush. There are lodges for the sort of people who go to Africa and tell their friends about their roughing it, ie essentially sitting by the pool and eating club sandwiches with one bumpy Land Rover ride through the bush to make it legit.
