Professional level earbuds, especially those offering custom fit options should be better for your health. It's why musicians use them as monitors. Custom fit models block ambient noise meaning you can listen to music at a lower volume. For example Westone Custom Fit options (http://www.westonemusicproducts.com/personal-listening/Custom-Earpieces) I recently had a chance to visit their office and meet with an audiologist. I had my ears examined and then had custom molds made. My advice if you are going to spend over $200 on a pair of headphones, seriously consider a custom molded option. I was looking forward to see what manufacturers would begin producing for Airplay, specifically this product from iHome but at $465 it is very overpriced. Especially considering the Sonos S5 standalone zone player is $399. iHome iW1 Airplay Wireless Speaker Daily Find |

Awesome concept - but still needs to come along a bit. The stadiums they do have look amazing but they are still missing a lot. For example only 8/30 MLB teams are represented. Looking forward to continued development. Check out Seats 3D Before You Buy Event Tickets | Apartment Therapy Unplggd |

I am not a huge fan of the Aeron but have been using the Steelcase Think for about 18 months in my home office. It is a good combo of ergonomics and design. Looks like it is now being carried at Crate and Barrel: Apartment Therapy Unplugged | Traditional Desk Chair or Something More Stylish? |

My wife and I have been looking at the same vanity and have found something similar at Costco. We already have one vanity from them and I have to say I am very pleased with the quality. In fact we were able to do a full bathroom refresh for under the price of the PB vanity we used as an inspiration. Apartment Therapy Chicago | Good Questions: Similar Sink For Less? |

I would make a bootable backup of my personal Macbook. This would really be helpful because I have the Adobe CS3 Suite installed on that machine but not my work one. This way I could easily use my CS3 apps at work. Apartment Therapy Unplugged | Seagate FreeAgent Desk and FreeAgent Go for Mac Giveaway |

I have been looking at something along these lines for a while now - love to see if this has a DVI or RGB input - as it would be great paired with a mac mini. Apartment Therapy Unplugged | Pandigital Kitchen HDTV |

As an Apple user you may already be familiar with the Harmon Kardon Soundsticks. They sport a love them or hate them design but are well reviewed from sound and relatively inexpensive. If you wanted to think outside the box you could always go with the airport express to receiver to bookshelf / in-wall speakers. AT recently had a post about a similar setup which looked fantastic. These are some great appliances but unfortunate to see that not many of them are "multi-taskers." My wife and I have been pining away for a Bosch mixer. With attachments it also becomes a blender, food processor, etc. The kitchen aid is the most popular stand mixer but the Bosch models have far more horsepower and better performance. Serious bakers and cooks have all recommended Bosch over other stand mixers. A little pricey but likely worth it! Surprised that Food and Wine didn't mention these.
