I hate being asked to remove my shoes because rarely do people keep their floors clean enough for me to feel comfortable without protection (maybe my friends are just really dirty?). Also, my feet are always cold, and if I'm not expecting to go shoeless, I end up grumpy with cold (and dirty) feet. I usually just reduce cooking time by about 25% and check on the food. It's usually done, but sometimes needs a little longer. Help! How Do I Cook a Convection Oven? Good Questions |

I've never understood all the worry about poaching eggs. The first time I ever poached eggs was for a brunch party I was hosting, and I don't think I did "enough" research to find out that it can be an intimidating thing to do. Thus, I wasn't intimidated. I once had a large wall to fill, but not enough picture content, so I painted a big geometric pattern on the wall with latex paint (it was even a rental; I just painted over it when I moved). It was super cheap and a great statement "piece". What To Do With Blank Wall Behind Sofa? Good Questions |

I think 2-3 weeks for most things (except really large/special events). I keep getting one week's notice (often times less) for baby showers, and that is frustrating and a bit tacky. I have had to miss most of these events(including a family member's, which caused some seriously hurt feelings) because I simply wasn't given enough time to plan for it. Similar to the first entry, I saw someone make a serving tray in a similar fashion. Line the caps along the bottom of the tray and pour acrylic over it. I'm now saving bottle caps so I can do the same. Creative Way to Display Cap Collection? Good Questions |

I was just at Target, actually, and they had a linen duvet cover. It is a blend, however; I'm not sure if that would bother you. Personally, I like blends better b/c it keeps the linen from wrinkling too much. Anyway, I think they were clearance too. Source for Linens Similar to Restoration Hardware's? Good Questions |
