I go with the one pepper + sauce per cube in an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid, pop them out of the tray and into a plastic bag or container.

My list is mostly duplicates...definitely honeycomb Tim Tams. I think I've tried every kind and they're by far the best. Forbidden Fruit gummies are quite tasty. I found them once in NYC but they're just not the same. Potato wedges with sweet chili and sour cream are a must.

If you like beer, I love Toohey's New. Don't drink Foster's. Gross. And you absolutely must try a Cherry Ripe bar.

I can vouch for Tracy's (shutterbean) caramel apple doughnuts. I made them and got RAVE reviews. I liked my first pan so much that I bought a second not too long ago. I'm actually meeting up with a bunch of people from twitter next weekend to taste test my baked doughnuts based solely on a picture of thr caramel apple ones I made : )

I love St. Ambroise Apricot Wheat beer from Montreal. Delicious stuff. I've also tried the Pumphouse Blueberry mentioned above but I can't remember what I thought of it. I know I have friends who bring it back from the Maritimes with them.

I also have the cupcake courier and it's one of the best investments I've made in my baking. I wish I had a second one but luckily I have a friend's I can borrow. I also got mine at Costco for about $18. Well worth it for me.

Rhubarb is one of my favorite things ever. I could happily eat rhubarb crisp every day for breakfast.

This week I tried out Martha's rhubarb cupcakes and made a strawberry rhubarb frosting. I had to search all over town but I finally found rhubarb. I've made a lot of cupcakes in my day and I think they might have been one of my favorites ever. I posted about my results here http://bakingintheburg.blogspot.com/2011/05/spring-has-sprung-strawberry-rhubarb.html

I made some strawberry rhubarb compote too that I've been eating on my yogurt all week. Mmm...
