I have such fond memories of playing in my grandmothers attic that had a huge wall of curtains running across it. My cousins and I put on so many shows up there! I made a small area in our basement using those ikea curtain hangers that you can hang from the ceiling, the kids love closing and opening them. Create A Play Stage |

JessicaLauren, I just used spraypaint, just make sure to dust/sand off the old surface so that the paint sticks, I wasn't very thorough and the paint chipped off easily in those places. We bought our 2.5 yr old a first act guitar which was 2 yrs ago this December and it is still going strong, it is a little big but he wanted the real thing as he outgrew his little tykes electric guitar. Toys r us had really good sales for Black Friday that year. A Good Toy Guitar Good Questions |

The phrase, one man's junk is another man's treasure, is going through my mind as we have one of these that my husband inherited from his parent's house. It's painted a horrible mustard yellow color and it's one piece of furniture that I don't think can be "fixed" with paint, at least not for me anyway.
