Thank you! I am always looking for new chicken thigh recipes (not that my family ever gets sick of Roasted Chicken Thighs with Fennel and Lemon or Honey and Chili Chicken Thighs but it's always nice to have some extra ideas on hand.

I was making the No-Knead Multigrain Peasant Bread and the usual pan I put in the bottom of the oven wasn't available so I used a Pyrex dish of the same size. I pulled it out to add the water and CRASH - it shattered into many tiny 450-degree shards, mostly into the garbage disposal. Luckily the only injury was to my pride.

Just made this tonight - what a hit! So easy an inexpensive to put together, and I'm always a fan of a recipe that uses just a hint of wine and leaves the rest of the bottle for drinking. :) I put just a little fennel on my toddler's plate, since he'd never had it. Three helpings later I'd say this is a new family classic. Thank you!

My baby's not even born yet, so this book was definitely an early purchase, but I love it. I cook plenty of healthy meals for my husband and myself, and I can certainly figure out how to steam carrots and turn them into baby food, but some of the combinations are really unique. I'm making a lot of the recipes for solid foods now, and adding chicken broth to the baby food recipes to make soup. Also, for what it's worth, it's just a beautiful book.
