I use my garlic press when my garlic mincer isn't around (husband - he does the most perfect mince, he's a great prep cook!)! I think there are some uses where it is nicer to chop or mince, but I certainly have no issue or snobbery about presses!!!

i agree!
i am tired of the computer generated address labels, the printed photo, greeting, etc. there is nothing personal about them, even with the family pictured. when isend cards, they are all hand addressed and a personal note. otherwise i don't bother. it seems to mechanical and not a thoughtful thing. i might start sending photos of our insanely photogenic orange tabby cats! lol

ugh. canceling my bon appetit subscription after 20 years. i think it is a mess. recipes are great, i don't deny that. but all the fluff and the gazilion different fonts and ads. and what is up with the "text after marriage" thing? garbage. if i wanted to read gq i would.
