I have the same oven and use it all the time. It toasts bread wonderfully and at the setting you desire. Also perfect or small batches of morning muffins and for quickly broiling veggies.

Really love this space. It's hard to make that small a space look so spacious & intentional. That cube light is great.

Hey neighbors! Great job with the space.
I especially love how the living room came together, the vignette created by the four Eiffel tower pictures (hanging pictures like that- no easy task), the bathroom colors & those matching leather chairs- what a find!

Your place is so cozy & warm..and I love Georgetown!!! So lucky to own this gorgeous place in that location.

A few suggestions:
-The wall behind the sofa needs a nice large piece of framed structured artwork or sculpture (to break up the neutral tones) or a beautiful large mirror to reflect all that gorgeous natural light?
-Perhaps substitute in a few bright white natural fabric pillows to break up the all the neutrals & perhaps add some vertical accents/art to bring the eye up?
-I like the door art! However, the disparity between the 3 small pieces on the left of the TV and the large door art on the right don't seem harmonious in my eyes...creating some symmetry between those two walls, may make a nice difference? Of course this is largely personal :).

Congrats on a nice place!!

Really amazing job in a limiting space! A lot of thought went into this place and as a result it looks like so much more then a rental.

A few ideas:
Can you paint the kitchen walls (and ceiling to a non-gloss paint) a different color & request or DIY the white shelving into natural-grain wood shelves? It would warm the kitchen up so much. If they allow you to switch the lighting fixture it would really modernize the space to match the rest of your place

Would they allow you to also paint the bathroom & replace the small white mirror with a statement mirror (perhaps wood or ebony framed larger mirror) it would add so much personality to a all-white space.

Wonderful job!!

What an intelligent & warm living space! The furniture is so thoughtfully laid out and there are no awkward spaces, which is hard to do! I want to replicate this space in my new apartment!
