The re-grouting in the bathroom made a huge difference, good idea to do that. Also, really like what you're doing in the kitchen. So interesting to follow this project....will stay tuned. Maxwell & Ursula's Light Rental Reno: Inspiration - #3 Renovation Diary |

I agree with your reasons for preferring carpeting in the bedroom however the only comment I'd make is that it is the worst thing to have if you have allergies to dust mites. Years ago the allergist told me to rip up the carpeting in my son's bedroom for that reason....now I suffer from allergies so hardwood it is for me. I think while I like the idea of exposed brick there needs to be an element of warmth added to the room either by lighting or fabric texture otherwise I find it brings a coldness to the environment. Exposed Brick: Love It or Hate It? |

I now officially feel old! I was married in 1970 and when I moved to a new neighborhood in 1975 with 2 babies, not knowing a soul, Tupperware parties were a fun way to meet people and to also buy an outstanding product. It was also a way for women to run a little business and make money. Flashback Video: 1970s Tupperware Parties 60 Minutes |
