To answer some of your questions: The painting is definitely a repro - bought it for about $30 at Green Village in Bushwick. It's a print with a clearcoat. Is it really a Varo print? I discovered her in Mexico City this year and love her work.

i now do my morning situps and pushups grudgingly on my cold wood floor...

doing them on the flokati would most likely increase my daily rate from 40 pushups to at least 60, and situps from 120 to maybe even 160!
