we made pulled pork yesterday w/ our crockpot.
1) cut up 2 apples, and coated them in cinnamon and sugar, and line the bottom of the crockpot.
2) put porkloin on top.
3) take about 3 garlic cloves, cut in half. cut holes in the pork, and stick garlic in.
4) pour in a cup of white wine.
5) set to cook for 10 hrs.
6) with about an hour or 2 left, brush the pork with bbq sauce
7) when done, pull apart w/ 2 forks... stick on a roll and enjoy!

i've been on a teal kick all year. i agree with the white/chartreuse comment, and would throw in mustard and lilac into the mix

i've always been lost on how to pronounce their name...

i love self checkout! i can scan all my items faster than any person i've ever had check me out at the grocery store, in and out. at the giant by my apartment, they now have the handheld scanners to take on your shopping journey, and at the end, all you have to do is scan the register and pay.

how coincidental! i was honest to goodness making something like this on sunday... my frame is all painted, and my chalkboard paint lying in wait... i just need to go out and get a board on wednesday! (though i was using a frame i picked up at ikea, after my search for frillier frames went south)

For the entirety of my life, my father has smelled like Dr. Bronner's Peppermint soap. I think he's been using it since the 70's.
