If you're looking for organic bedding the best in the business is Coyuchi (they also make some of the simplest designs which looks like it would go with your decor). There are lots of places that you can find Coyuchi online and I think there are even a few traditional retailers that carry them. We have organic sheets and we absolutely love them. They are softer than normal cotton sheets even though the thread count on the ones that we have isn't as high.
