Just finished roasting 6 enormous beets and waiting for them to cool. I love the earthy sweetness they add to so many different dishes.

If you want cheap and lofty, you can go for milk crates and top them with patterned cushions or check out the 'city slicker side table' on CB2. That's fun, because you can use just one or stick 2 together for a bigger piece and separate them if you need more space. They'd be great as nightstands, end tables or a coffee table.

The neorest is insanely expensive. You can opt for a toto washlet, which we've had in our houses. It's a retro-fitted seat that does most of what a neorest does (except open upon approaching) at a fraction of the cost. And it's awesome...

We replaced every toilet in our house with TOTO ultramax 2's and love them! They're HETs (high efficiency toilets saving at least 20% on water) + everything comes in one piece meaning one box for easy install. Typically toilet seats are sold separately, strange right? We chose all elongated because it's accommodates the male anatomy.... Oh, and they're reliable than dual flush systems. My husband is a plumbing rep so I let him take the reigns on this design choice!

We've never had a "problem" with these toilets, they work awesome! Except for the time a small digital camera got stuck deep inside at one of our Christmas parties!

Meant to add.... it is a little uncomfortable for an amateur to ask for whatever they think a good price for their work is. How do we know what to charge? Could you suggest a $ amount instead?

Terrain is amazing. It sucks you in by it's beautiful smells + rustic modern design. I live near the Glen Mills location and frequent often. I was just there this morning.... and purchased a dining table that was on sale. It's anthropologie in the woods.

Do i have to have an ice cream maker? i've made watermelon sorbet w/o one, but that gets blended with ice and it has texture. i'd really like to make it this weekend.... any idea?

absolutely love this idea! just can't decide whether do it in my office or my kids playroom. maybe both! brown in my all white office and maybe shades of pink or green in the girls playroom... doing this today!
