Use "Amaz" Clean and Green (1-800-921-6861). I had originally bought it as a water stain remover, but since I was ready to throw my white Mikasa dishes out because I had tried everything to get rid of the grey marks, I thought I'd give it a try. I applied Amaz with a green Scotch-brite pad, scrubbed ever so lightly, rinsed, and voila! I had a brand new set of dishes in less than 15 minutes. This stuff is so safe you don't even need to wear rubber gloves.
