I never take towels to the beach, I use a few sarongs. So much easier and they dry in minutes!

I'm a gin and tonic drinker, but I've had lots of bad ones! Flat tonic, no tonic, seltzer, sprite, etc.. if they can mess up a soda gun, you can get a bad anything.
But I live in hope!

It took me a second, but then I decided I really like it! Funny, I've never been a fan of "shabby chic" painting, but I really like the color contrast and overall it's a splendid job!

My husband loved the wall of surf magazines, I think we have an idea for all his "Surfer Journals" that he won't part with.
Love this apartment, the colors the use of surfboards and snowboards, I even sent a link to all my surfer "boy" friends and they dug it too. I see my daughter even commented on this post (notice I'm a surfmama and not a soccer mom). I don't exactly like the gun, but it looks very cool on the wall.

oh boy.. we just can't help ourselves. I have to say Apartment Therapy is partly to blame.
I've now color coded all my bookcases, realized I was ahead of my time with monochromatic decorating with a pop of color.. etc.. etc..

I love the room and all the thoughtful little details. I'm sure they are wonderful parents and gave their son a fantastic room, and I'm sure the designers are booked solid! I would book them, that's for sure, unless Urbansouthuna wants to do it.
