I love reading this, whenever I have a party I usually cook for about 50 to 75 people, sometimes more. We love to have backyard parties in the summer and they always range from simple BBQ to more adventurous recipes. I have my "go to's" like Texas Caesar Salad and Pork shoulder Puerto Rican Pernil style. But I love to add new dishes every year. I totally get it! My cousin brought me back towels from Sweden that were thin and more like a tablecloth weave. I love them. also to @Laloo I haven't read all the comments but remember that Apt. therapy ask a question maybe several of os thought of but never asked.
